Eva is a precious 10-year-old girl who came from a breeder after giving birth to many beautiful greyhound puppies. She is a gorgeous light fawn with penetrating eyes and a happy wag of her tail.
Eva is a sweet, happy girl. She can be a little shy at first but comes out of her shell once she gets to know you. She is quiet and easy-going and she loves being with her family as much as possible. She enjoys riding in the car, going for walks, napping, and getting lots of loving pets and attention. She is curious and often keeps watch over the birds and squirrels in the yard. She also has a funny, spunky side that is absolutely delightful.
Sometimes her hind legs are a little shaky, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit. Because of this, she needs help getting into the car. She also needs to be let out in the middle of the day because of her age.
Eva has had some serious dental problems and as a result has had many extractions. She needs to be on softened kibble or canned food (or a combination of both) for the rest of her life.
Eva would do well with another dog in a quiet and loving environment. Small dogs are no problem and she is cat tolerant. Children who are past the toddler stage and are respectful and gentle would be her preference. Eva deserves a family of her own who are happy to give her the love and acceptance that she will give back many times over.
