Gikka is a beautiful red fawn. She came to GU from Chattanoga, Oklahoma. Gikka is somewhat shy and retiring but will seek her person out for some extra attention. Her hair is a little sparse over her hips because she has had some problems with sensitivity to fleas. Gikka enjoys her pillow and keeps pretty much to herself. She doesn't do much socializing. Being an only pet would not bother her. She gets long with other dogs but really isn't interested in them. Cats she is really interested in so she could not be in a home with cats. She wants your attention but is hesitant about pushing herself on you. Two events will cause Gikka to become a live-wire. One--pick up the leash. She really loves her walks. Two--bring out the dog biscuits. Those are always worth several jumps and turns. Given a little time, Gikka will make a wonderful companion. |
