This magnificent brindle boy is completely housetrained; crates easily; does not get up on furniture; and rides well in the car. He is cat, small dog, and child-friendly. Bowie was extremely shy when he arrived in his foster home, preferring to spend most of the day hiding in his crate. Within a week his true personality emerged and he now enjoys hanging out with his humans as well as other dogs in the home. Bowie is a mellow fellow who rarely barks. About the only thing that gets him excited is the sight of his leash. He loves his daily walk and is well-mannered on these outings. Bowie would be a good fit for either families or singles. Since he has a quiet gentle personality, he would also adjust easily to apartment living.
