Talon (aka EZ Eagle Talon)
Talon is a beautiful, laid back, happy, mature dog. He is content to quietly lie down, as long as it's near his humans. When showered with love, he bonds quickly, and is likely to stand close by in hopes he will receive more love. He will also poke with his nose any part of your body at nose-level if he wants attention. He's not a kissy kissy boy, but once in a while, when he's especially happy, he will provide your face with a swipe of his tongue.
Talon adores stuffed animals, and the more, the merrier. He likes to grab one, go into a bow with his front end down and back end in the air, tail wagging furiously. He plays with it for a few seconds, then he's on to the next one. When he gets to the bottom of the toy bin, he doesn't let its depth stop him. He puts his head and front feet in to reach exactly what he wants (bottom left). He loves chew bones, too, so much so that he emptied the toy bin of every bone to check them all out (top left).
Talon doesn't act like he's nine years old. He still has a lot of playfulness and activity in him. He is getting along well with his current doggy housemates, but close attention must be paid to interactions with other dogs. He'd be ideal for a one-dog household, especially since he would be receiving all the attention!
Talon has taken to the crate, and is doing well with his potty training. He has a good appetite, and is very interested in trying different types of human food. He grabbed a banana peel, but decided it was inedible after chewing it a while. That certainly won't stop him from trying something else.
